    Open Call Submission for Photography Festival Exhibition…

    Ongoing Now...Open Call Submission for Photography Festival Exhibition…

    The Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) committee would like to thank everyone for their support and enthusiastic participation in last 3 months. As we move into the second week of March, we would like to remind you that the worldwide open call for submission for SIPF 2010 will close on 31 March 2010.

    Once again, please take note the submission fees cover the administrative cost and the travel subsidies for selected participants from developing countries to participate in the festival on 15 October 2010.

    If selected, artists will be notified by the festival office to send in their high resolution files of images in DVD format for exhibition printing by the SIPF official printer. All applicants must submit a project submission online at www.sipf.sg and fill in your details accurately to ensure a successful submission. For those without access to Paypal, please contact info@sipf.sg for alternative choices.

    2nd SIPF Open Call Submission Result | ISSUE JUNE 2010

    Hello everyone!

    The Singapore International Photography Festival is proud to announce the release of the shortlisted works for SIPF 2010. We would first like to sincerely thank everyone for your tremendous effort and diligent thought that went into your submissions. All the works impressed and piqued our judges' interest greatly but it is with regret that we had to shortlist the works to 550 images from a total of over 6500 submitted. These shortlisted works will be exhibited at various locations as part of the Singapore Art scene throughout the Singapore International Photography Festival in October - November 2010.

    About SIPF
    The Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) is the first event of its kind in Southeast Asia. This biennial festival strives to provide a platform for Southeast Asian artists to showcase their works alongside their international peers at various venues across Singapore.The three main festival components are the official exhibitions, workshops, a portfolio review session for Southeast Asian photographers. This will be followed by a series of workshops facilitated by curators and senior photographers. Alongside the official exhibitions and programmes, the SIPF Fringe activities will be carried out at various public and art spaces to promote photography across Singapore.
