Basic Flash Lighting
This course is specially conducted for photographers who are interested taking photographs with speedlights (Nikon SB600, SB800, Canon 430EX and 580EXII etc).

In this two and a half hour session, photographers will get hands-on with these equipment and learn how take creative portraits using just speedlights. This will give them confidence in covering paid events like corporate functions to weddings. The course will be conducted in a very interactive manner and encourage photographers to raise questions and learn better.

Course outline
Introduction to lighting equipment (Strobes, light meter and triggers etc)
Working with the numbers (light ratio, f-stop, sync speed etc)
Learning how to apply all these together into a shoot
Demonstration of simple setups
Actual hands on with equipment

Requirements
Photographers need to have their own DSLR or compact camera with hotshoe mount and bring their own speedlights if they have one.
